Vanilla coconut mousse

This recipe is quick, nutritious, heart-healthy and so satisfying.



Ingredients

For 2 portions


6 tablespoons coconut flour

1 1/2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt

2 chocolate dessert cups (70% cocoa)*

Cocoa powder (sprinkle)

Fresh raspberries


Method

Add the coconut flour to the yogurt. Mix well. Pour the mousse into the chocolate cups. Sprinkle cocoa and decorate with fresh raspberries. Enjoy


*you can make the chocolate cups by melting 70% cocoa chocolate and pouring it it silicone cups. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
