Strawberry frozen yogurt with hibiscus petals šŸŒŗ



This simple and refreshing recipe is made with @panierdufermier produce. The hibiscus flower is a great source of antioxidants and a yummy topping šŸ“



Ingredients

Makes 4 to 6 portions.


900g or 2lbs strawberries (washed, hulled and frozen)

500g Greek vanilla yogurt 5% m.f.

Dried hibiscus petals as garnish


Method


Add the yogurt to a blender. Gradually add the strawberries as it blends. Serve instantly and garnish with a few hibiscus petals. Enjoy!
