Refreshing and nutritious, this smoothie bowl made with delicious @panierdufermier will be a great start to your day or an optimal post-workout snack.
Ingredients (makes 2 portions)
1 banana (sliced and frozen)
1 cup raspberries (frozen)
1 cup nectarines (peeled, sliced and frozen)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk (original)
1 teaspoon Manuka honey
1 teaspoon natural almond extract
Toppings (for 2 portions)
1 nectarine (sliced)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
2 tbsp chopped pecans
2 tbsp steel cut oats (dry)
Manuka honey (drizzle)
Method
In a blender, add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, fruits, extract and honey. Blend well and serve immediately. Add the toppings and enjoy!
