Pomegranate & ginger kombucha mocktail šŸŒæ



This non-alcoholic beverage is served on coasters made by the talented @evamariaminarakisart. This mocktail delivers precious plant-based compounds and is a source of probiotics šŸ¤


Ingredients

Makes 2 portions.


2 cups ginger kombucha

2 cups crushed iced

1 cup pomegranate juice

1/4 cup pomegranate arils

Fresh thyme sprigs


Method


Crush ice cubes with a blender. Add the crushed ice to glasses. Add kombucha and top with pomegranate juice. Garnish with pomegranate arils and thyme sprigs. Enjoy!
