Nourish bowl with ginger-lime dressing




This bowl is filled with fresh and seasonal produce from @panierdufermier and paired with buckwheat soba noodles, edamame and a ginger-lime dressing.


Ingredients (2 portions)

Bowl

2 cups fresh spinach

2 cups edamame

2 cups buckwheat soba noodles (cooked)

1 avocado (sliced)

2 green onions stalks (chopped finely)

1 zucchini (sliced in ribbons)

Toasted sesame seeds (as garnish)

Dressing

2 limes (juice)

1 tablespoon Manuka honey

1 tablespoon rice vinegar (natural)

1 tablespoon grated ginger

1 tablespoon tamari sauce

2 teaspoons avocado oil (optional)


Method

Prepare the dressing and set aside. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Enjoy!
