This smoothie offers the ideal post-workout recuperation blend of carbs and protein.

Ingredients
Makes 2 portions.
4 kiwis
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup original almond milk
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Mix well and enjoy!
