Honeydew melon, cucumber & avocado salad with hazelnuts

This yummy salad is made with fresh @panierdufermier produce. Hazelnuts are a source of vitamin E, healthy fats, fibre and protein.

Ingredients
Makes 4 portions.
1 honeydew melon (cut in balls)
1 cucumber (sliced thinly)
2 avocados (sliced thinly)
2 cups microgreens
1/4 cup hazelnuts (chopped)
2 limes (juiced)
Ground pepper & salt to taste
Method
Mix all the ingredients and serve. Top with micro-greens and hazelnuts. Season to taste and enjoy!
