The parsnips are air fried in this recipe but they also turn out great in the oven š
Ingredients
Yields 2 portions.
4 parsnips, cut in wedges (keep the skin on)
Avocado oil (drizzle)
Honey (drizzle)
Fresh or dried thyme
Salt to taste
Method
Wash and cut the parsnips in wedges. Drizzle avocado oil, honey and add salt to taste. Put the parsnips in the Air fryer. Cook at 200 Celsius (400 F) for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Serve with thyme. Enjoy!
