This simple and flavourful recipe is made with organic plums from @panierdufermier and served 3 ways, as shown on video.
Ingredients
Makes 2 portions
3 plums
Manuka honey (drizzle)
6 tablespoons of mascarpone, ricotta or coconut whipped cream
Method
Wash, pat-dry and cut the plums in halves and remove the pits. On an oiled and heated grill, cook the plums flesh side down. Flip after 2-3 minutes and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve with mascarpone, ricotta or coconut whipped cream. Enjoy!
