Ingredients (makes 2 portions)
1 banana (sliced and frozen)
1 cup mango (sliced and frozen)
1 cup pineapple (sliced and frozen)
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk (original)
1 tablespoon coconut flour
Toppings (for 2 portions)
4 tablespoons sliced almonds
1 banana (sliced)
1/2 cup mango (sliced)
1/2 cup pineapple (sliced)
Method
In a blender, add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, fruits and flour. Blend well and serve immediately. Add the toppings and enjoy!
