Grilled peaches



It’s peach time and our family is excited, especially Tito 🦜🤓




Ingredients

Fresh peaches (freestone if possible)

Honey

Evoo

Sea salt


Method

Preheat the bbq grill at Medium-High.

Cut the peaches in halves and remove the pits.

Drizzle evoo, honey and add a bit of salt

Cook facing down for 3 minutes.

Turn at 90 degrees and cook for another 3 minutes.

Flip the peaches face up and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Enjoy!

▫️Ricotta cheese

▫️Vanilla ice cream
