Grilled corn



Corn is so yummy on the BBQ. We like to blanch the cobs before grilling them. Here is how 🦜🙃




Method


Blanch the cobs for 5 minutes. Once cooked, rub the cobs with evoo.


On a medium-high grill, add the cobs and cook each quarter for 1 minute. Total time is 4 minutes on the grill. Bon appétit!


Topping ideas

▫️Classic butter or margarine with salt

▫️Jerk seasoning and lime juice

▫️Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and lemon zest

▫️Mayo, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, Tabasco, lime juice and chopped cilantro
