Brussels sprouts skewers



This is a delicious way to have Brussel sprouts šŸ˜‹



Ingredients

Brussel sprouts (about 20)


Marinade :

1 teaspoon celery salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1.5 teaspoon dry mustard

2 teaspoons oregano

3 tablespoons evoo


Toppings:

2 tablespoons of honey

Lemon zest of 1 lemon

Pepper to taste


Method


Soak the bamboo skewers for 30 minutes.

Blanch the sprouts for 5 minutes. Cool over running water and place them on skewers.

Add the marinade, honey, lemon zest and pepper on the skewers. Grill at medium-high for 2 minutes on each side, for a total duration of 8 minutes.


Add leftover marinade before serving. Enjoy!
