Breakfast salad bowl


Seasonal and fresh produce from @panierdufermier is paired with free-range soft eggs and kamut sourdough bread.


Ingredients

For 2 portions.

1 1/2 cups microgreens

1 bunch radishes

1 bunch green onions (slices)

1 lemon (juice)

1 avocado (sliced)

2 free-range soft boiled eggs

4 slices of toasted kamut sourdough bread

Everything bagel seasoning (to taste)

Method

Boil the eggs for 6 minutes and let cool in ice-water. Add the rest of the ingredients in a serving plate and garnish with lemon juice and seasoning. Enjoy!
