Bocconcini & Cantaloupe Salad



This caprese-style summer salad made with fresh produce from @panierdufermier will keep you refreshed and fulfilled.



Ingredients

Makes 2 portions.

1 cantaloupe (in balls)

1 cucumber (sliced thinly)

1 avocado (sliced thinly)

200g mini bocconcini

2 limes (juice)

Fresh basil

Ground pepper & Salt

Extra-virgin olive oil (optional)

Method

In a serving plate, layer all the ingredients. Drizzle with lime juice (evoo is optional). Garnish with fresh basil and season to taste. Serve and enjoy!
