Vegetable and fruit juices should never replace a meal. They are a great way to increase the nutrient intake of a balanced diet. Yields 1 portion.
Ingredients 4 beets 1 carrot 1 green apple 1 piece of fresh ginger (2 cm by 2 cm or 1 inch by 1 inch)
Preparation Cut the vegetables and fruit in pieces. Add the ingredients one by one in a juicer.
Mix well and serve.
