Apple-Cranberry Butter

This seasonal butter made with Panier du Fermier produce is so versatile and simple to make.

Ingredients
3 cups of cranberries
10 apples
2 tbsp. tablespoons freshly grated ginger
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup cane sugar



Preparation
Peel and cut the apples into cubes.
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Let cool and enjoy!
